You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with site operation or security.
Website content may change without notice. MDIA may update, withdraw, or revise website materials as the organization and its programs develop.

Nothing on this website confirms that any company is accredited, approved, certified, or listed as an MDIA member unless MDIA expressly identifies that company through an official verification channel.
References to future badge verification, registry-style confirmation, standards, or member participation describe planned program concepts and do not create rights, obligations, or current accreditation status.

MDIA names, marks, badge artwork, website copy, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MDIA unless otherwise noted. You may not use MDIA marks or badge artwork to imply membership, accreditation, endorsement, or approval without written permission.
You may link to public MDIA pages in a fair and non-misleading manner. Any other use of MDIA materials should be requested in writing.

The website is provided as available and without warranties of any kind. MDIA does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
